All groceries and food orders placed on our platform will be delivered within 1–2 hours from the time of purchase, subject to item availability and delivery location. Delivery timelines may vary in case of unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.

The delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Confirmation of delivery will be sent to the customer’s App.

If any delivery charges are applicable, the same will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Please note that delivery charges, once paid, are non-refundable.
