GOFER is a platform that allows users to order food and groceries, and connects them with delivery partners and local vendors. We facilitate the transaction and delivery but do not manufacture or sell the products directly.

3. User Accounts
  • You must register with a valid mobile number to use the service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • GOFER reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
4. Order & Delivery
  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after the restaurant or store accepts them.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
  • In the event of any delivery issues, please contact our support team for resolution.
5. Payments & Refunds
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges at the time of ordering.
  • Refunds will be provided only in cases of payment failures or undelivered items due to service issues.
  • GOFER reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
6. Responsibilities of Vendors and Delivery Partners
  • Vendors are responsible for the quality, packaging, and availability of listed products.
  • Delivery partners must ensure timely, safe, and courteous delivery.
  • GOFER is not liable for issues caused by vendors or delivery partners, but we will assist with dispute resolution.
7. Limitations of Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the backend system
  • Upload or distribute harmful software or content
  • Interfere with the app’s operations or security
8. Intellectual Property

All logos, app content, designs, and trademarks are the property of GOFERIT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the app without our written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

10. Liability Disclaimer

GOFER is not liable for:

  • Errors in delivery caused by incorrect address or mobile number
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen conditions
  • Quality or availability of items provided by vendors

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of Cherthala, Kerala.
